A sentence is enough to start. We will read it, reply from a real address, and suggest a time — or tell you honestly that this is not our problem to solve.

Speaking inquiries
Booking Eric for a stage
Six weeks of lead time gets you a keynote written for your audience rather than adapted to it.
Send the date, the venue, the audience and the theme — even roughly. We will come back with availability, a fee and a short note on the shape we would suggest for your particular room.
Where the schedule allows, we will also propose the workshop that goes with it, because a keynote on its own has a ceiling and we would rather tell you that now than after.
-
45–90 minutes on stage
Including Q&A, rehearsed against your run of show.
-
Six weeks preferred
Shorter notice is often possible — ask rather than assume.
-

Proposals and RFPs
Requesting a proposal
Send the solicitation, or three paragraphs. Either is enough to start.
For public-sector and large-organization work we will respond with a fit assessment first — whether we can meet every mandatory requirement — before we write anything you have to read. If the answer is no, you will have it inside two business days rather than at the deadline.
Capability statement, references, certificate of insurance, W-9 and entity details are available on request and can be sent ahead of a formal response.
-
Fit assessment first
Inside two business days, so you are not holding a slot for a bid that will not arrive.
-
Procurement pack on request
Capability statement, references, insurance, W-9.
-
Written scope before signature
Deliverables, dates, dependencies and explicit exclusions.
Before you write
You do not need to know what you are asking for
Most people arrive with a symptom rather than a service. Describing the symptom accurately is more useful to us than picking the right name off a list.
What happens next
The four things people want to know before they send a form.
Who reads this?
A person, on our side, usually the same day. There is no queue, no CRM sequence and no drip campaign — the form writes to one place and somebody replies from a real address.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No. There is no newsletter. Your details are used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else, and you can ask us to delete them at any point by replying to our email.
What if I am not ready to buy anything?
That is most of the consultations we run. If the answer at the end is "not yet" or "not us", you still leave with the written recommendation, and there is no follow-up sequence chasing you.
Is a coaching enquiry confidential?
Yes, from your first message. If you are enquiring about coaching for yourself while employed by a potential sponsor, say so and we will handle the correspondence accordingly.
Thirty minutes. No cost. A recommendation either way.
It is the same first step whether you are one leader with a decision or an agency with a workforce problem.
