These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement — that is a separate written scope and agreement, signed before any work begins.
Two different documents, kept apart on purpose.
Using this site means accepting the terms below. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or advice for your specific situation.
01 Use of this site
You may read, print and share the pages here. You may not republish the writing as your own, resell it, or present the materials as the output of another practice.
02 Not advice
The insight articles describe general practice. They are not legal, employment, medical or clinical advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your particular organization, your particular team or your particular employee.
Coaching and leadership development are developmental services. They are not therapy, counselling or psychological treatment, and nothing offered here should be relied on as such.
03 Engagements are separate
No engagement exists until there is a written scope and an agreement signed by both parties. Content on this site — including any indication of format, duration or approach — is descriptive and does not form part of that agreement.
- Fees, dates, deliverables and exclusions are stated in the written scope.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and travel terms are stated in the engagement agreement.
- Where the two documents differ, the engagement agreement governs.
04 Materials and intellectual property
The writing, design and marks on this site belong to Hart 2 Heart Connection, LLC. Session materials supplied during an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use, including after the engagement ends, as set out in the scope.
05 Links out
Where we link to another organization we are pointing at something useful, not endorsing everything they do or vouching for their practices.
06 Liability
This site is provided as it is. We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of general writing rather than an engagement.
07 Governing law
