What wekeep, andfor how long
This site collects one thing: what you type into the consultation form. There is no advertising network on it, no third-party analytics script, and no mailing list.
Short, because there is not much to say.
Hart 2 Heart Connection, LLC is responsible for the information described below. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer in plain language.
01 What we collect
Only what you submit through the consultation form, and only the fields on that form.
- Your name and work email address, which are required to reply to you.
- Your organization, role, area of interest and approximate group size, where you choose to give them.
- The message you write.
- The page the form was sent from, and your browser user-agent string, which help us diagnose a submission that fails.
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and there is no cookie banner because there are no cookies that would require one.
02 Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, and to carry out an engagement if one follows from it. That is the entire purpose. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or used to build a marketing audience, and you are not added to a list.
03 Coaching confidentiality
Coaching enquiries and engagements are confidential from your first message. Where an organization sponsors coaching for one of its people, that sponsor receives themes and progress against the goals agreed at the start of the engagement. It does not receive the content of any session, and this is agreed in writing before the first one.
04 How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become an engagement is deleted after twelve months. Engagement records — interview notes, session materials and the closing debrief — are held for the length of the engagement plus one year, then deleted, unless a written scope with you requires something different.
05 Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process the data in the ordinary course of delivering those services. We do not otherwise disclose it, except where we are required to by law.
06 Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or write to the address below, and we will action it and confirm in writing.
