The founder
Eric Hart
H2HC exists because the same problem kept showing up in different rooms.
Organizations promote people for being excellent at the work and then ask them to lead — a different job, with a different set of skills, and usually no instruction. The result is not a shortage of talent. It is a shortage of practice.
Eric founded Hart 2 Heart Connection to close that gap in the place it actually opens: the ordinary week, in the meeting where somebody has to say the difficult thing. The name is the method. Connection first — real, direct, sometimes uncomfortable — and then the hard part, which is holding people to what they said they would do.

Some problems are structural, or legal, or a hiring decision. Saying so in the consultation costs us the sale and saves you a quarter.
